No property investor keeps their rental homes after tenant changes anymore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The result: the supply of private-sector rental homes (up to around \u20ac2,200) has completely dried up. The target group that cannot, may not, or does not want to buy a home can no longer rent and is forced to live with an ex, parents, in a camper, or on a friend\u2019s couch.
