However, you\u2019ll still encounter a lot of Dutch. Think of Funda listings, emails, appointment confirmations, property deeds, division deeds, questionnaires, and more. Fortunately, we live in a time where real-time translation is quite easy. With apps like &#8216;Google Translate&#8217; on your smartphone, you can translate text in real time just by pointing your phone\u2019s camera at it. There are also browser plugins available that translate websites in real time. And if needed, you can always copy and paste text into Google Translate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019re really stuck, always ask for help from a Dutch colleague or the selling agent. It\u2019s best to request this in writing so you have proof in case of incorrect information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the Dutch Realtor Training course, we assume you are using the right tools to translate everything you need. Our experience, based on years of working with expat real estate agents, shows that everyone handles this well. Expat colleagues are not afraid to ask for help or translations when needed.
