  • After completing this course, you will receive a certificate. There are no assignments or exams required. With this certificate, you can register for free with the quality register ‘Dutch Realtor Cert’. The role of a realtor in the Netherlands is a ‘free profession,’ meaning you do not need a diploma. Anyone is allowed to work as a realtor in the Netherlands.
  • Upon finishing this course, you should be qualified to work at any real estate company that is willing to hire you, with the exception of companies that are members of the industry organization ‘NVM.’ This is because the NVM has strict educational requirements specific to the Dutch market. In this training, we also provide a list of real estate companies that might be interesting for you.
  • You can, of course, also start your own real estate company, and this training will help guide you through the important steps needed to do so. Additionally, the course provides access to essential working documents and an excellent housing database, offering everything you need to work as a realtor.
  • All of these features make this training a true ‘game-changer’ for the Dutch real estate business!
  • Our training is ideal for anyone that is interested in pursuing a career in real estate in the Netherlands as long as you speak English. Whether you’re a beginner looking to enter the industry or an experienced professional seeking to expand your knowledge, our program offers valuable insights and resources to help you achieve your goals. However, this course is also very suitable for Dutch new realtors.
  • The course fee includes access to all 41 modules of the training program, interactive learning materials, networking opportunities, weekly coaching calls, and a certificate of completion upon finishing the course. Please keep in mind that the ‘Budget Realtor Program’ does not give access to the weekly coaching calls.
  • To enroll in the training, simply click the “Order Now” button on our Prices & Registration page. Fill in your details, select your preferred payment method, and complete the payment process securely through our online platform. Once payment is confirmed, you’ll receive instant access to the training materials.
  • Yes, absolutely. If you’re on the Prices & Registration page, click on either the ‘Budget Realtor Program’ or the ‘Full Realtor Academy.’ You will then be directed to the checkout page, where you’ll immediately see the option to pay in 4 or 8 installments, at no additional cost.
  • You will have access to the training materials once you enroll in the program for a minimum period of 36 months. The reason we cannot provide lifetime access is due to the rights we hold on the media content, as well as the need to keep the course material up to date (which is often subject to change).
  • Yes, our technical support team is available to assist you with any issues or questions you may have regarding access to the training platform or technical difficulties. Please reach out to us at support@dutchrealtortraining.nl for assistance.
  • The schedule for the Coaching Calls is usually provided at the beginning of the course. They are typically held on a weekly basis, but the exact days and times can vary. You will receive a schedule and reminders in advance.
  • During the Coaching Calls, you will engage in live, interactive sessions with a coach or instructor. These calls are designed to review course material, answer questions, discuss practical applications, and provide personalized feedback. They offer an opportunity to address any challenges you might be facing and to gain deeper insights into the topics covered in the course.
  • Each Coaching Call generally lasts app. 60 minutes. This allows enough time to cover topics, address questions, and provide personalized guidance.
  • No, not at all. This course is open to everyone, and you don’t need any prior education or basic knowledge. The only thing you need is the drive and motivation to learn the real estate profession.
  • The lessons are designed to be very easy to follow and are highly visual, with plenty of graphical support to aid understanding. Each lesson is structured to be concise and engaging, covering a lot of material in a short amount of time. You can revisit any lesson as often as needed, and it’s often beneficial to review a lesson more than once to fully grasp the content. This approach ensures that the material is accessible to everyone, regardless of their prior knowledge or experience.
  • Essential tools include CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, real estate valuation software and lots of working documents.
  • No, you don’t need to take exams. Our program is designed to encourage self-paced learning and personal responsibility. You can repeat lessons as often as needed and access a wealth of materials, including extra knowledge videos, articles, and weekly coaching calls. Instead of focusing on exams, we trust you to use your time wisely by reviewing lessons, studying materials, and participating in coaching calls. This approach ensures you truly master the real estate profession.
  • To join a professional association (NVM, VBO of VastgoedPro), you need to have the official realtor certifications, which typically require around 7 years of study. However, we do offer the opportunity to open a franchise location through our partner company, VK Makelaars. As a franchisee, you’ll run your own real estate office under the VK Makelaars brand, contributing a small percentage of your commission to the franchisor. Please note that you will need sufficient work experience as a realtor to pursue this option, and VK Makelaars will conduct a selection process (in other words, not everyone will be accepted as a franchisee).
    Another excellent option, however, is to open your own real estate office WITHOUT joining a professional association. Anyone who completes this course is eligible to open their own real estate office, list properties on Funda, use realtor CRM systems, and access a property database to view housing data and transaction prices. These systems/tools do come with some costs for realtors, but access is generally quite straightforward. During the coaching calls, the instructor can also provide valuable guidance on how to use these tools.
  • Yes, no problem. The additional costs for that upgrade are €495,- including v.a.t. Just send us an e-mail to info@dutchrealtortraining.nl and we’ll take care of that upgrade for you.
