Annual Refresher Course

Every certified real estate agent in the Netherlands participates in an annual refresher course to stay updated on all aspects of the profession. This includes the latest regulations, legal updates, and developments in construction and energy efficiency. There is also an in-depth focus on topics such as identifying foundation damage, construction defects, or soil contamination.
