These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our e-learning platform and services provided by Dutch Expat Realtor Training (“us”, “we”, or “our”). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the platform.
1. Use of Platform:
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform.
- You agree to use the platform for lawful purposes only and not to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Intellectual Property:
- All content on our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Dutch Expat Realtor Training and is protected by copyright laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use any content from our platform without our prior written consent.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties:
- Our platform and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
4. Limitation of Liability:
- In no event shall Dutch Expat Realtor Training, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the platform.
5. Governing Law:
- These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
- Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Netherlands.
6. Access to Platform and Coaching Calls:
- The student is entitled to access the platform for a period of 36 months. If the student has purchased a course that includes Coaching Calls, the student is entitled to 12 months of access to these coaching calls. The aforementioned periods commence from the date of purchase of the course.
7. Changes to Terms:
- We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the platform.
